Automated Payroll Enrollment

We work very hard to make scheduling, time-tracking and payroll as seamless and stress-free as possible. To that end, we provide our families with a completely Automated Payroll Solution which handles paying your caregivers, filing taxes on your behalf and staying 100% compliant with State and Federal Tax Agencies!

Each Tuesday, you’ll receive an email with a link to your Total Care Cost for the previous week. Provided there are no disputes, your account will be debited Thursday morning and your caregivers will be paid via Direct Deposit that Friday.

Please take a brief moment and fill out the Automated Payroll Forms which will then create an Authorization Form sent to the email address you designate for a quick, digital signature.

To complete this form, you will need the following:

  1. Social Security Number of the designated Employer of caregivers (this can be the person receiving care, a family member or anyone who will be funding the payroll for caregivers)
  2. Bank Account information to fund the weekly Pay, Taxes and Fees (the name on the account must either match the designated employer’s name or be a POA/Executor for the employer)
  3. Voided Check associated with the Bank Account on file
