Policy on Criminal Offenses and Membership Qualification:
- Any conviction for a violent crime, including but not limited to murder, rape, assault, domestic violence, or child abuse, will disqualify an individual from membership.
- Any conviction for a sexual offense, including but not limited to sexual assault, sexual abuse, or possession of child pornography, will disqualify an individual from membership.
- Any conviction for a theft-related offense, including but not limited to burglary, robbery, embezzlement, or fraud, will disqualify an individual from membership.
- Any conviction for a drug-related offense, including but not limited to possession, distribution, or manufacture of illegal drugs, will disqualify an individual from membership.
- Any conviction for a weapons-related offense, including but not limited to unlawful possession, use, or sale of firearms or other weapons, will disqualify an individual from membership.
- Any conviction for a terrorism-related offense, including but not limited to providing material support to terrorist organizations or engaging in acts of terrorism, will disqualify an individual from membership.
- Any conviction for a hate crime, including but not limited to crimes motivated by race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or gender identity, will disqualify an individual from membership.
This policy is intended to ensure the safety and security of our platform and its users. We reserve the right to review and update this policy as necessary to reflect changes in the law or the nature of our platform. All membership applications will be subject to a background check,
and any individual with a disqualifying criminal history will be notified and denied membership.
