Your profile is the first impression families will have of you. Take the time to write a bio that reflects everything you bring to the table. When you apply to work for a family, they are reviewing other qualified caregivers in your area — make yours stand out and genuinely showcase who you are as a person and as a caregiver.
After your profile is complete, a Care Coordinator will reach out to schedule your interview, held online via Zoom. Come prepared — punctuality and professionalism are evaluated from the start. Our background checks are thorough and held to a higher standard than most agencies. If you have any concerns about your background, speak with a Care Coordinator before applying.
When a family in your area is looking for a caregiver, we send a detailed job posting to qualified caregivers in our network. It includes their care needs, available shifts, duties, and the pay rate they are offering. You decide whether to apply, and you can request a higher rate directly on the posting. If the family chooses to interview you, that's your opportunity to negotiate your pay rate, schedule, and duties directly with them.
Once hired, we process the family's payroll and you are paid weekly by direct deposit based on your hours and agreed rate. You work directly for the family — no need to check in with us about schedule changes or requests. You set your own standards and work on your own terms. We simply ask that you always remain professional, as your performance reflects on BubbieCare as a trusted source for families.
You decide which family to apply to, which shifts to accept, and what duties you are willing to perform. No agency telling you where to go or when.
Families are charged less so they can afford to pay you more. You negotiate your pay directly with the family and can request a higher rate on any job posting.
There is never a charge to you to be in our network. Not to create a profile, not to receive job postings, not ever.
Your information is never shared with anyone unless you choose to apply to work for a specific family. You are always in control of who sees your profile.
You have access to a personal Care Coordinator who is there to assist you in your efforts to find employment and answer any questions along the way.
Payroll is processed on your behalf every week. You are paid reliably, on time, by direct deposit — no chasing down checks or waiting on agencies.
