Your caregiver profile is created inside the BubbieCare app. Before you head in, here's exactly what to have ready so the process is quick and smooth. It takes about 10 to 20 minutes to complete.

Before You Start

Five things to have on hand.

The app will walk you through each section. This page helps you gather everything before you start so there are no interruptions.

Basic Information

  • Full legal name
  • Phone number and email address
  • City where you're available to work

Experience & Skills

  • Years of caregiving experience
  • Types of care you provide (personal, dementia, hospice, companion, overnight, and more)
  • Certifications you hold (CNA, HHA, CPR/BLS, etc.)
  • Highest level of education

Your Biography

  • A short personal statement about who you are and why you do this work
  • Your approach to care and what makes your work meaningful
  • Any special skills, languages, or family situations you've worked with

Your Profile Photo

  • A clear, recent photo of yourself, ideally a close-up with good lighting
  • Friendly and approachable: families are trusting you with someone they love
  • A great photo makes a real difference in how many families reach out to you

Two References

  • Name and phone number for two professional references
  • Former employers, client families, or colleagues who can speak to your work
  • Your relationship to each reference (employer, client, colleague)

A note on your biography: your bio is often the first thing a family reads when they find you in the app. Take a few minutes to write something genuine: your background, what drives you, the kind of care you're proud to provide. Families notice when someone has put thought into it, and it makes a real difference in who reaches out to you.
