Your Biography

A short personal statement about who you are and why you do this work
Your approach to care and what makes your work meaningful
Any special skills, languages, or family situations you've worked with

Your Profile Photo

A clear, recent photo of yourself — ideally a close-up with good lighting
Friendly and approachable — families are trusting you with someone they love
A great photo makes a real difference in how many families reach out to you

Two References

Name and phone number for two professional references
Former employers, client families, or colleagues who can speak to your work
Your relationship to each reference (employer, client, colleague)

Your bio is often the first thing a family reads when they find you in the app. Take a few minutes to write something genuine — your background, what drives you, the kind of care you're proud to provide. Families notice when someone has put thought into it, and it makes a real difference in who reaches out to you.
